C.R.O.S.S.FIRE Commandos’ one hour, weekly sessions bring together physical and mental training to teach Commandos-in-training values such as obedience, honor, teamwork, and enthusiasm through experiential learning activities and athletic training.
Athletic training includes physical conditioning and agility training, in the form of learning skills on the trampoline and double mini trampoline, in addition to tumbling skills .

In addition to athletic training, devotionals are taught in-class. To reinforce the lessons, your student can participate in the at-home C.R.O.S.S.FIRE Leadership Training (CLT) Program. Students learn these values by completing assignments, which vary from setting goals, physical conditioning and family service.

These assignments not only help a Commando grow stronger, but they help students develop skills and Biblical values that they can apply to their everyday lives, both in the present and the future.

Students earn patches for each assignment they complete. These patches are displayed on the official Crossfire uniform pants.

Students also enjoy the experiential learning activities when accomplishing missions in the real-life video game spaceship – the CF-1 during class.
